Creative Leader
For over a decade, I've built stories, teams, and creative systems across platforms with ideas, emotions and human behaviours that connect.
Chapter One · About
Long before there were lights, cameras and action, there was a pencil, a blank page, and an endless curiosity about humans. Why they laugh. Why they leave. What they remember. That curiosity became a career spanning writing, directing, producing, and creative leadership. But the instinct never changed, I still find stories where most people see ordinary moments.
Over the years I've built fictional worlds that kept millions listening, directed films across cultures, developed award-winning campaigns, and helped establish one of the industry's first dedicated AI Video Pods. Every role has taught me a different way of solving creative problems.
The creative industry rarely rewards staying in one lane. I've spent my career writing, producing, directing, mentoring, teaching, experimenting, and solving problems. Every new skill has made the others stronger.
When I'm not working, I'm probably backpacking alone, Latin dancing, people watching in cafés, or scribbling story ideas I'll never throw away. I've always believed that the best stories don't begin in writers' rooms. They begin with curious observations.

The pencil always knew before I did.
”Chapter Two · The Work
Every frame is a sentence. Every cut, a comma.
”Chapter Three · Also In My World
Teams, creators and projects I continue to creatively invest in.
Director & Educator
The best collaborators finish your sentences, then improve them.
”Chapter Four · Craft
01
Writing, treatments and pitch decks that turn a raw idea into something a room says yes to.
02
On-set and on-ground leadership, from casting the right shot to keeping budgets honest.
03
Building first-to-market AI video pipelines and pushing generative tools past the demo stage.
04
Cutting picture and sound until the story actually lands the way it was written.
05
Mentoring writers, editors and sound engineers, and holding a pod together through deadline weeks.
06
Fluent across the Adobe and Google suites, the unglamorous backbone of getting things shipped.
Somewhere between the pencil and the frame, a story finds its shape.
”Chapter Five · Recognition
1 / 12
Recognition is lovely. Making the work was the real reward.
”Chapter Six · Clientele

I write the parts nobody else thought to write down.
”Chapter Seven · At Present
A personal premium fashion accessories label that blends utility with timeless design, while quietly sketching ideas for the next film.
Finding the line where technology disappears and storytelling takes over.
Books that have very little to do with my work and somehow end up influencing all of it.
Entrepreneurship, luxury branding, product development, and everything no one teaches creative people.
Independent films, brilliant commercials, beautifully designed products, and people. Mostly people.
Stories from solo travels, overheard conversations, old notebooks, and ordinary moments that refuse to leave my head.
Fragments of conversations, strange human behaviour, forgotten memories, and the occasional idea that refuses to leave me alone.
The kind of projects that scare me a little. Creative leadership, bold collaborations, and teams that believe good work is worth the extra draft.
Every ordinary moment is a story waiting to be noticed.
